Hagley will talk about her work with stigmatized homes - where a home's value can be negatively impacted by murder, suicide, criminal or drug activity.

"A home could also be stigmatized by paranormal activity," says Hagley.  "And if it impacts the material value of the home, in the State of California, it must be disclosed."
