San Ramon Residents Invited To Name City's Newest Park

The 5.4-acre facility will be located at the corner of South Monarch Road and Main Branch Road.

SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon residents have an opportunity to help name the city's newest park. The 5.4-acre facility will be located at the corner of South Monarch Road and Main Branch Road, and it has a theme: The natural habitat of neighboring Alamo Creek.

The new park will include whimsical animal features, including a salamander, frog and fox. Other park features include:

  • Two Playgrounds (for ages 2-5 and 6-12)
  • Shaded Group Picnic Area
  • Native Plants and Rocks
  • Plaza with Labyrinth Design
  • Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole Game & Game Tables
  • Four Fitness Stations, Sand Volleyball Court
  • Baseball/Softball Field
  • 1.28 Mile Walking Path
