San Ramon Christmas Tree Pickup Scheduled For January
Residents can either discard trees through a Boy Scout event or through regular curbside pickup.

SAN RAMON, CA — As much as we all wish it could be Christmas all year round, all things must come to an end. San Ramon residents looking to unload their trees can attend the Boy Scouts Annual Christmas Tree Pickup on Saturday, Jan. 7. The suggested donation is $10. See here for more information, and here to reserve a pickup.
ACI of San Ramon will also collect trees curbside on regular pickup days the week of Jan. 9-13. Residents are asked to remove lights, ornaments, decorations, tinsel and stands before placing the tree next to the curb. Trees over six feet should be cut in half. Do not place the trees in any type of plastic wrap or bag. Flocked trees will be collected as garbage. Artificial trees need a special collection. Contact ACI San Ramon to schedule a pickup.
Multi-family homes can request a debris box for collection, or designate a collection area for trees in cooperation with ACI San Ramon.
