SEE: Fire At San Ramon Apartment Complex

All residents were evacuated as firefighters battled the fire at the 16-unit complex.

SAN RAMON, CA — A 16-unit apartment complex was evacuated Sunday in San Ramon as firefighters battled a second-story fire.

Nobody was injured, according to the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District.

The fire was reported at The Seasons Apartments at 125 Cedar Pointe Loop. San Ramon police helped evacuate the building as firefighters responded.

Crews climbed atop the roof of the complex. Photos indicate at least one unit was extremely damaged and uninhabitable.

The cause remains under investigation.
