Man Convicted Of 2021 San Ramon Armed Robbery Gets 20 Years
Fajon Green of Oakland is accused of a string of armed robberies in 2021 across the Bay Area, including at a home in San Ramon.
SAN RAMON, CA — A 22-year-old man was sentenced to 20 years in prison Monday for a 2021 robbery spree that included a robbery at a home in San Ramon. The spree started in San Mateo County and ended at the Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, numerous outlets report.
Fajon Alfred Green, of Oakland, was sentenced in connection with a series of watch robberies that took place throughout the Bay Area on Nov. 3-4. On Nov. 3, Green and another suspect followed a 67-year-old man off the freeway to his home in San Mateo, then robbed him of his $2,800 Tag Heuer watch at gunpoint, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
The following day, Green and another suspect allegedly robbed another victim of his wallet and $35 watch at the Lake Merced Golf Club in Daly City. They then robbed another victim of his $15,000 Rolex watch at gunpoint at the Crystal Springs Golf Course in unincorporated San Mateo County, then fled in a silver Infiniti sedan, the sheriff’s office said.

Authorities say Green and the other suspect committed another armed robbery in San Ramon about an hour later. Victims were pulling out of their garage when the suspects allegedly robbed them of their jewelry, cell phones, and wallet, San Ramon Police Capt. Denton Carlson told Patch.
Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies located the suspects shortly after that robbery at the Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton. Police say suspects ran while officers tried to speak to them. Officers caught Green in Macy’s, but the other suspect escaped, sheriff’s officials said. Police say they found property from the San Ramon robbery in Green’s car. He was arrested and charged with several crimes, including armed robbery.
