Three-Car Crash on I-680 Caused Minor Injuries, Lane Blockages

At least one person suffered minor injuries as a result of Crhistmas eve collision.

SAN RAMON,CA- Crews responded to the scene of a three-vehicle crash on Interstate Highway 680 in San Ramon that blocked lanes and caused at least one injury, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported at 10 a.m. on southbound Highway 680 just north of the Bollinger Canyon Road off-ramp, according to the CHP. Few details were immediately available on the crash, but at least one person suffered minor injuries as a result of it.

Responding fire crews at 10:12 a.m. blocked three lanes near Crow Canyon Road, according to the CHP. San Ramon police on Twitter advised motorists to avoid the area or use Bollinger Canyon Road to enter the freeway.
