Victims Of Alleged Sexual Batterer Sought: San Ramon Police

SAN RAMON, CA — A man suspected of sexually battering two women riding the County Connection bus from the Walnut Creek BART Station to San Ramon may have targeted other victims, according to the San Ramon Police Department.

Ernesto Acuna, 58, was arrested for the crimes that took place between Aug. 12 and Aug. 14 after police obtained video surveillance and interviewed the victims, according to the SRPD.

During the investigation, a witness told police that Acuna might have victimized a third female during the same time period, the SRPD said.
