• Free Spay/Neuter Surgeries Offered for North County Pets (noozhawk.com) — Santa Maria pet owners can get free spay and neuter surgeries for their cats and dogs at Santa Barbara Humane's Santa Maria Veterinary Clinic or mobile clinic from Oct. 1 through March 31, 2027. Eligible residents must book appointments in advance and can also learn about ongoing low-cost veterinary services and possible financial assistance for other essential care.
