• Derek Skinner Charged in August DUI Crash That Injured Passenger and CHP Officer (keyt.com) — A Santa Paula man has been charged in an August DUI crash that seriously injured his passenger and hurt a California Highway Patrol officer on Grimes Canyon Road. Prosecutors say his blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit. He pleaded not guilty and remains in custody on $50,000 bail, with a pre-trial hearing set for November 3.
