• Santa Paula man charged with burglary, vandalism for garage break-in (vcstar.com) — A Santa Paula resident has been charged in Ventura County Superior Court with felony burglary and felony vandalism after deputies say he caused thousands of dollars in damage to a garage on South Mountain Road just outside town. The 30-year-old was arrested at the scene, is being held on $10,000 bail, and is due back in court later this month.
