NatureTrack Film Festival Special Screening Series: Islands, Farms & Forests – Stories of Place

Join NatureTrack Foundation, the Santa Ynez Valley Grange and the Women Winemakers & Culinarians Foundation for the sixth installment of the free NatureTrack Film Festival Special Screening Series. Islands, Farms & Forests: Stories of Place celebrates landscapes where people and nature are deeply intertwined—from working farms and island communities to ancient coastal ecosystems.
The evening features three inspiring films:
• One Last Farm – The story of a third-generation farmer fighting to preserve Bristol’s last working farm and its connection to community, local food, and wildlife.
• Sitka’s Hidden Wonders – Award-winning filmmaker Ben Hamilton returns to Sitka, Alaska, to explore one of the world’s richest coastal ecosystems and the remarkable wildlife that calls it home.
• A‘ā (An Island’s Twinkle) – A visually stunning journey into Hawaiian canoe voyaging, culture, and the enduring relationship between people and the sea.
The event is free and open to the public. Complimentary wine will be provided by Turning Tide Wines, beer from M.Special Brewry. Following the films, attendees are invited to connect with fellow nature lovers and filmmakers while celebrating the stories that inspire stewardship of our natural world.
