3D Design & Printing

Jump into the rapidly growing world of 3D printing and start bringing your ideas into reality! At the 3D Design & Printing course, you’ll be introduced to Blender, a powerful, free, open-source 3D modeling tool. Not only will we cover the basics of modeling in Blender, but we’ll do so in the context of designing for 3D printing. Learn all the tips and tricks to ensure that your creations are printed successfully. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to send your design to Shapeways.com, where you can choose from a wide range of material options including plastic, ceramic, stainless steel, silver, gold, and more.
