SANTA CRUZ, CA — Seven visitors from Fremont were ticketed in Santa Cruz this weekend after police spotted them hanging out at the 7-Eleven on Ocean Street, the Santa Cruz Police Department said.Police said the visitors were violating the shelter-in-place order.
