90 Seniors Treated To 'I-You Venture Picnic' In Aptos

APTOS, CA — Almost 100 seniors from skilled nursing and assisted living facilities around Santa Cruz County recently attended the annual I-You Venture picnic at the Aptos Village Park. The Surf City Kiwanis Club grilled lunch and The Upbeats Take Two & Next Stage Players entertained the group.

The Santa Cruz-based I-You Venture Program has hosted this event for 21 years. I-You Venture also visits more than 900 seniors during the holidays through their popular Holiday Helper Program. Those interested in volunteering can call 459-8917 x 205.
