Mixer, consultations, party and fundraiser for local therapeutic project Saturday, Dec. 13, 2 – 5 pm, at Yoga Within in Aptos Village

The free afternoon event will provide an informal opportunity to learn about the groundbreaking work of the Adaptive Yoga Project (AYP) from its teachers and assistants. Her gentle, personalized program and special adaptations can help students with challenges improve their strength, balance and flexibility.
Brief one-on-one healing sessions will be offered on a first come, first served basis, and refreshments will be provided throughout the afternoon. There will also be will be a trunk show and raffle featuring clothing and accessories from Livity, an eco-based line that has donated these goods to help sustain the AYP and continue its outreach programs.
