The City Council Chambers will be closed. Alternatives means to coming in person include:

• During Meeting:
  • Call-In Feature - see instructions found on agenda and/or below
  • Zoom App and Mobile Device: Sign into the meeting to watch, listen, and comment using the zoom application on your mobile phone or tablet.
• Before Meeting:
  • Online Commenting: Available the Friday before the meeting starting at 5 pm and closes the Tuesday before the meeting at 12 PM. When available; the commenting
    section will appear on the Planning Commission webpage.

COMMENTING IN ADVANCE IS ENCOURAGED
