The City Council Chambers will be closed. Alternatives means to coming in person include:

• During Meeting:
  • Call-In Feature - see instructions found on agenda and/or below
  • Zoom App and Mobile Device: Sign into the meeting to watch, listen, and comment using the zoom application on your mobile phone or tablet.
• Before Meeting:
  • Online Commenting: Available the Friday before the meeting starting at 5 pm and closes the Tuesday before the meeting at 12 PM. When available the commenting section will appear on the Zoning Administrator webpage.

COMMENTING IN ADVANCE IS ENCOURAGED

The online commenting period will be open to the public who wishes to comment in advance. This commenting feature can be accessed on the Zoning Administrator web page.
