Another Alleged 'Tagger' Arrested in Santa Cruz County
The suspect, 14, was spray-painting "EA MK" on a red box in a parking lot, according to police.

Police on Friday arrested a 14-year-old after police said he was seen spray-painting property in Watsonville.
Officers responded at 3:57 p.m. to a CVS store at 1966 Main St. on a call about a disturbance. Arriving officers located a citizen restraining a 14-year-old male in the parking lot, police said.
The citizen told police he saw the teen spray-painting “EA MK” on a red box and confronted the juvenile, police said.

The teen tried to leave, but the citizen physically restrained him until officers arrived, police said. Police said the teen was in possession of items associated with tagging, including spray paint cans, markers and stickers.
He was arrested, given a court date and later released to his parents, according to police.
