INFORMATION
On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at approximately 11:00 a.m., a battery occurred in the area of Beach St. at Third St. A male subject riding a white Specialized bicycle (pictured below) approached a passing vehicle and battered the driver for an unknown reason.
The suspect is described as a White adult male approximately 40-50 years old riding a white Specialized bicycle, wearing glasses, a helmet, and a mask.
