'Beacon' Art Show On Display in Santa Cruz on Nov. 7 - In Vintage Trailer Turned Art Gallery

Check it out and save the date -- at the corner of Cedar and Locust Streets.

An upcoming art event, Friday, Nov. 7, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. involves an illuminating collaboration between Janet Fine and Felicia Gilman, storytelling around a campfire and a vintage trailer turned art gallery.

Utilizing cut paper, photography, printmaking, lighting and anything else they can get their hands on - long time friends and artists Janet Fine and Felicia Gilman have come together to create “Beacon.”

Collaborating for the first time, they find commonalities in aesthetics and content, in layers and light. Fine and Gilman know that encouragement comes from unexpected sources. The smallest thing can bring the most hope.
