This community meeting is an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback for the proposed design at 902-920 Pacific Avenue and 333-423 Front Street. Pre application review to demolish two commercial buildings and the existing bus station & bus yard, and construct a seven-story, mixed-use building with 94 affordable residential apartments, 9,222 square feet of ground floor retail space, 2,456 square feet of space for METRO use, 8,717 square feet of commercial office space on the second floor, and 22-bay bus terminal a on a property with RVC/CBD and CF/PF General Plan and Zoning Designations and within the Pacific Avenue Retail District and Front Street/Riverfront Corridor subareas of the Downtown Plan.
