Driver Arrested Following Pursuit In Santa Cruz County: SCCSO
Authorities said the man was found to be on probation.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — A driver who refused to stop his car for deputies was arrested on Tuesday, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office said. A deputy on patrol tried to stop a Volkswagon Jetta for several traffic violations, according to authorities.
The sheriff’s office said the driver, later identified as 44-year-old Randolf Yoro, refused to stop and in an attempt to get away, ended up on a dead-end street and fled on foot.
Yoro was arrested and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail on suspicion of reckless evasion, driving on a suspended driver's license, possession of methamphetamine, and violating probation.
