Duo Found In Stolen Car Arrested, Santa Cruz Police Say
Police said this was the fourth occupied stolen vehicle found in a span of 12 hours.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — Two people were arrested in Santa Cruz last week on suspicion of auto theft, police officials said. After conducting a traffic stop of the car, officers said the driver, later identified as 29-year-old Gilroy resident Lindsay Heinzen, and her passenger, 28-year-old Jordan Roe of Santa Cruz, were arrested on suspicion multiple charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said this was the fourth occupied stolen vehicle found in a span of 12 hours. Police gave the owner a ride to pick up her car.
