Roofing Permit Submittal, Status Checking, and Building Inspection Scheduling through Etrakit Not Available

Etrakit services are currently down. While we work through the technical issues to restore this service, all building inspections should be phoned in by calling (831)420-5110. Online scheduling is not available at this time. Additionally, roofing permits typically applied through Etrakit must go through a different process while Etrakit is down. To submit a roofing permit, please see the Building & Safety Division page for permit application instructions. Permit status questions can be emailed to bcounter@cityofsantacruz.com.
