Cardio Boot Camp: Abs, Glutes, and Legs, is an exciting cardiovascular workout that empathizes core and lower-body strengthening through an hour of continuous aerobic movement combined with repetitive core and lower-body exercises. Students will work throughout the quarter to improve upon both cardiovascular stamina and internal core strength and flexibility. Through Cardio Boot Camp: Abs, Glutes, and Legs is a fast-paced aerobics class, students of all skill levels are invited to attend! Open to UCSC Staff, Students, and Faculty only.
