Core Training is an exciting, intermediate level cardiovascular toning class which focuses on legs, glutes, and abdominals through an engaged hour of cardiovascular toning work and stretching. This class is meant both for the student looking to have an invested, enjoyable challenge, as well as the athlete lookingto take their physical and cardiovascular stamina to the next level. Throughout the course we will tackle both aerobic and anaerobic peaks, working to strengthen the body while implementing a retinue of balance and flexibility exercises. The only requirement for Core Training is a willingness to achieve a more developed and enlivened mind/body connection. If you are ready for a creatively organic challenge, incorporating Pilates, plyometrics, isometrics, aerobic and anaerobic peak training, and a comprehensive series of leg, glute, and abdominal work, this class is the class for you.
