It’s Harvest Time in Santa Cruz

Fresh vegetables and fruits are abundant all year in Santa Cruz. During harvest you have the opportunity to eat and prepare produce at its peak of flavor. Fall is the perfect time to get back in the kitchen and have fun. You’ll gain confidence as the chef presents a menu designed around local organic seasonal flavors straight from the farm. In this class you will also learn time-saving tips and tricks, unique seasonal flavor combinations and techniques for a delicious fall meal.

We are proud to be featuring Route One farms as our farm for the evening.

Menu: Baba ganoush, Sweet and sour cabbage pepper soup, Tomato Tart, Summer squash soufflé,  Roasted Summer vegetables and herbs drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette and Chocolate bread pudding with raspberry coulis
