Home Preserving: Fermentation & Cultured Foods

Learn about the health benefits of cultured foods as well as simple and easy recipes for them to use at home. It is a hands-on class and each student will go home with a starter batch of one of the recipes they’ve created in class! Because cultured foods are extremely versatile, the class will discuss modifications and additions that are easily implemented to create different results. Recipes will include: kombucha, sauerkraut, kefir, yogurt and more.
