What is Rhythm Power?

We will play rhythm instruments as a fun, down-to-earth way to:-Release stress-Energize your minds and bodies-Reinforce positive and powerful Life Rhythms-Find your own Groove... on percussion, and in Life!-Celebrate the Blessings of Life
Over the course of the two hours, we will incorporate universal rhythmic fundamentals in a step-by-step journey to create interlocking rhythmic patterns, while reinforcing positive Life Rhythms.
