In the winter and spring, Elkhorn Slough virtually vibrates with birds putting on a captivating show of nature as they fly overhead, diving and turning. In a kayak, one can easily view this stunning show in an intimate and unobtrusive manner. We'll explore many birding areas including tidal creeks, grasslands, and oak woodland areas. This slower-paced tour for families and friends requires no previous kayaking experience. Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Children's fee is for ages 8-17. Adult fee is for ages 18 and up. Please bring a snack and water. A material fee of $15.00 per person is due to the instructor .
