Movies at the Museum: Weird Science featuring Shawn of the Dead Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History

Join us for sci-fi/horror films and discussions about the strange, real-life facts behind the fiction. October 12, we screen Shawn of the Dead. Guest speaker, Yves Tan of the Cabrillo College Biology Department,  will discuss Kuru disease from Papua New Guinea, and other zombie-like afflictions. Doors open at 7:30pm. Talk and screening begin at 8pm. Popcorn, beer, wine, and other refreshments available for sale. $5-$10 donation suggested at the door. This event will sell out!
