Parent Education Seminar

The Positive Parenting Program, or Triple P, is hosting a series of lectures covering strategies to build positive parent-child relationships that in turn promote children's development. The seminars, which will be presented in English, are geared towards any parent with children between the ages of 0-12. The seminars are held in threes, but parents can choose which ones and in which order to attend. Seminars include:

  • "The Power of Positive Parenting" in which parents will learn how to improve their relationship with their children. (March 2)
  • "Raising Confident, Competent Children" in which parents will learn about the social and emotional skills that children need in order to thrive at home, in school and throughout life. (March 9)
  • "Raising Resilient Children" in which parents will learn strategies to teach children healthy ways to deal with their emotions. (March 16)

Advanced registration is required.
