On Saturday, March 5th join Aikido of Santa Cruz as they host the Sixth Annual Women's Aikido Seminar. At the seminar Linda Holiday and Penny Sablove Senseis will co-teach on the theme of “Caring for Our Bodies in Aikido Training.” The event will take place from 9:15am - 4:30pm and costs $50 per participant (includes lunch).
