Talk and Tasting: Wisconsin Cheddar, Colby and More

Sara Hill from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board will talk about the delicious cheeses from America’s Dairyland. Wisconsin is home to classics such as Cheddar and Colby and a leader in specialty and artisan cheese making with over 600 varieties, types, and styles.
