Feed Dowtown Santa Cruz Meters, Donate To Local Nonprofit
Proceeds will benefit Hope Services, which keeps downtown Santa Cruz clean and serves adults with developmental disabilities.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — Sometimes, it's the little things that make a difference. Like parking in downtown Santa Cruz from Dec. 18 to Dec. 25.
The city is hosting its seventh annual Parking for Hope fundraiser, with money collected benefiting Hope Services, a nonprofit that serves adults with developmental disabilities and cleans Pacific Avenue and downtown Santa Cruz streets.
Parking for Hope began as a 2014 pilot program and has since raised $184,000 for Hope Services. Last year's program raised $40,000, which is $9,000 more than was raised in 2019.
