Are you aware of all of the wonderful things that the Grey Bears in Santa Cruz do or our community?
Grey Bears is one of the most efficient recycling and food distribution nonprofits in the country; they deliver a shopping bag of healthy produce to 4,300 County seniors every week; and they offers free, low cost and by-donation classes to members, including introduction to PC/Mac computers and iPads, chair yoga, Spanish, Taiko drumming and a monthly free cooking class.
We can help Grey Bears help our community by bringing unwanted electronics to a free recycling day this Saturday, Feb 8 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Westside New Leaf Community Markets.
