POSITION SUMMARY
The Medical Director is responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of the SCCHC’s clinical programs including family practice, pediatrics, prenatal services, and other programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, and as a key member of the Leadership Team, the Medical Director works to achieve the SCCHC’s clinical, strategic, and business goals. This position requires the ability to lead, innovate, build relationships, and inspire trust and confidence among numerous constituents. The Medical Director demonstrates respect and compassion for our diverse patient population; oversees clinical providers and other staff; and serves as a collaborative, knowledgeable partner to the community.
