Know What You Can't Do In Santa Cruz County Parks: Coronavirus

Different parks and recreation facilities have different rules. Find out what you can and can't do at a new site.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Santa Cruz County parks have reopened after officials briefly closed them to try to slow the spread of the new coronavirus, but restrictions remain in place.

While all playgrounds, skate parks and pools are closed and park visitors from different households must stay six feet away from one another, different public agencies have different rules when it comes to their parks. County Park Friends has a new webpage with current information to help Santa Cruz County keep track of it all.

The site was last updated with information current as of Friday, April 18. Check it out here.
