I did it!
I am now an official Northern California State Ambassador -- meaning I have the same privileges as the Miss California.
I plan on using my title even more to help my community. And I am able to go to the Nationals to compete against girls from all over the country.
But of course that will take sponsors. I am one happy girl! I was even on KION news, too!
Well that's my blog for the day.
Your new State Ambassador
Kiera Brown
Congratulations to Kiera Brown, the 11-year-old with a rare bone disease who came in third place out of 1,000 girls -- YES, ONE THOUSAND -- in the biggest all-natural beauty pageant National American Miss.
She is now representing Santa Cruz and California, and will be going to Nationals where she will compete against girls from across the country.
But what makes Kiera even more special is that she also got a special trophy issued by the State of California for her community involvement throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey counties.
Hey, Santa Cruz! She is looking for sponsors for the Nationals! She is the our one and only State Ambassador and she has big plans!
