INFORMATION

On January 14, 2021, at approximately 8:30 p.m. the subject depicted in these images approached the victim in an underground parking garage in the 300 block of Soquel Ave. and solicited the victim to engage in sexual activity. During the incident the subject removed his pants and exposed his genitals to the victim.

On the same date approximately hour and half later it is believed the same subject knocked a nearby residence door and solicited the same to another victim. The subject seen with his pants undone, but did not expose himself to the victim in this instance.

The subject is described as Hispanic male adult, 5'10", slim, 180 pounds, shaved head, wearing a white T- shirt and black shoes. The subject was said to have a heavy Spanish accent.
