Join Santa Cruz Zoning Administrator On April 29 By Phone

The agenda for the Zoning Administrator is available online at the Zoning Administrators webpage.

In order to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and to comply with the social distancing suggestion, the Council Chambers and Tony Hill Room will not be open to the public, and alternative means of participating are available to staff and the public for the Zoning Administrator meeting on April 29th. The City is still bound by statutory deadlines set forth in the Permit Streamlining Act and Housing Accountability Act, so alternative means of participation will continue until the shelter-in-place order is removed or further information is received from the State of California.

2. If you do not wish to call in, you may comment in advance using our online feature found on the Zoning Administrator webpage. Comments can be received until 8 am the day of the meeting and are become part of the Public Records Act making the information shareable to the public. If you have an attachment you wish to send, then you will have to email the attachment to cityplan@cityofsantacruz.com
