JUST IN: Avoid Stretch of Pacific Avenue Due To Traffic and Water-Main Issue
BREAKING: Drivers asked to find alternative routes as area will be blocked for several hours, police said.
SANTA CRUZ, CA – The Santa Cruz Police Department this evening has issued an advisory to residents asking them to avoid for the next 8 to 10 hours the area of Pacific Avenue between Front Street and the round-about due to a traffic issue.
In addition, the water department has closed the 300 block of Pacific due to a water main rupture.
Drivers in the area are asked to use alternate routes.
