Man Missing Since October; Public's Help Sought

Justin Liu's car was found along Highway 1 near Davenport in Santa Cruz County, officials said.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA – The Santa Cruz Sheriff's Office is turning to the public for possible leads in the case of Justin Liu, 28, reportedly missing since the end of October.

The man's car, a blue Toyota C-HR, was found Nov. 19 alongside Highway 1, just north of Davenport, officials said.

Liu was believed to be heading to Seattle from Southern California, deputies said.

He is listed as 6 feet tall and 180 pounds. No additional details were released by authorities.

Anyone with information on Liu or his whereabouts is asked to call the department's missing- person unit at (831) 454-7646 and reference case No. 18-9844.
