New Details In Investigation Into Rope Tied Like Noose: Report
The rope was found on the edge of the University of California, Santa Cruz campus last month.
SANTA CRUZ, CA — University of California, Santa Cruz police have divulged new information in the investigation into the rope tied like a noose found last month, KSBW reported.
Witnesses saw three women and one man in the area that night, the station reported. One of the woman had thin blonde hair with pink or purple coloring as well, and witnesses said she and another woman seen that night frequented the Porter College Bus stop, according to KSBW.
Campus police have not used the term "noose," though the rope does appear to have been tied like a noose. It was found at a street post at High and Coolidge Streets.
