Nominees Sought For 'Be the Difference' Awards In Santa Cruz Co.
The county is looking for stories of volunteers, businesses and non-profits who make our community a happier, healthier place to live.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Have you nominated the people, groups, non-profits and businesses who are transforming Santa Cruz County through volunteerism? The Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County launched the Call for Nominations for the 13th Annual Be the Difference Awards and there are only a few days left to submit your favorites.
The nomination deadline is Friday Aug. 23 by 5 p.m.
The top 50 nominees and five outstanding nominees will be honored at the 2019 Be the Difference Awards Gala Lunch, October 10 at The Cocoanut Grove, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
