Local jurisdictions across Santa Cruz and Monterey counties have adopted the same or similar restrictions. State beaches will also be closed, and the public is advised that several local State Parks have been closed or have restrictions due to the ongoing CZU Lightning Complex fires.
With more than 13,000 residents still under evacuation orders in Santa Cruz County, many local hotels and visitor accommodations are still housing evacuees. Proprietors are requested
