This Saturday August 1, 2015 at Don Quixote’s Bay Area band PRETENDING - SF TRIBUTE TO CHRISSY HYNDE & THE PRETENDERS will be making their debut performance in Santa Cruz at Don Quixote’s. Pretending, led by frontwoman Karen Alvarez, has been delivering the Classic Rock hits from the Pretenders in Northern California since 2012. With their renditions of “Middle of the Road” and “Back on the Chain Gang” amongst the other great Pretenders hits, they are sure to contribute to a great night live music. Also appearing is “Chick Jagger” performing hits from the “Rolling Stones”.  The show begins at 8:00 pm, admission $10, ages 21+
