Prop 47: Record Clearance Clinic

The collateral consequences of criminal convictions can often create significant barriers to employment, housing, education, and public benefits, making it difficult if not impossible to start fresh after a conviction. Prop. 47 is the largest opportunity in U.S. history for people to change certain, low-level, non-violent past felony convictions on their records. As many as 1 million Californians may be eligible. Start the process to reduce your low-level felony to a misdemeanor, consider attending the clinic to obtain free legal advice and referral information.
