Join the Applicant, Brian Raphel and Braddock & Logan Services, Inc., Wednesday June 17th, 2020 at 6:00 PM to discuss the proposed project at 101 Felix Street. Braddock & Logan Services, Inc. are proposing to construct 100 additional apartment homes (44 studios and 56 one-bedroom) at 101 Felix Street, of which 22 apartments will be affordable to very low-income households.
