Join the Project Architect, Salvatore Caruso of Salvatore Caruso Design Corporation, Wednesday June 24th, 2020 from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm, as you are invited to a community meeting to review the plans for a proposed development on Ocean Street. This meeting will address community input given at the last community meeting. Community members will have a chance to ask questions, view the proposed plans, and provide feedback. Project Description: Proposing of a new basement and mostly 3 story and a partial 4th floor area building with 398 small ownership units and a retail and restaurant area of approximately 7,430 sf.
